I first ordered this shirt last month and was blown away by the quality and comfort of this shirt. With an eye catching pattern and super comfortable fabric made this shirt great at work and enjoyable to wear. After a few wears, I had an issue with one of the pearl snaps. One message to Ely and they had me squared away by 9am on Monday morning. This is what customer service looks like and how repeat customers are created!
