Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time via logging into your membership account. For customers using Guest Checkout, simply call our Customer Service associates at (888) 302-6864 to check your order status.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

If your order was placed Monday through Thursday before 10am CST it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 9am CST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. The default shipping is USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Standard Ground Shipping, which takes 5-7 business days after processing. If you expedite your shipping – Expedited Shipping takes 2 business days, and Next Day Shipping takes 1 business day.

* Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding all major and federal holidays and Saturday and Sunday.

*Please allow up to 2 to 3 additional business days to process orders during peak periods.

Orders placed by 10am CST Monday through Thursday and by 9am CST Friday to be shipped the same day.

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. Please also be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.

Due to quick processing time, we are unable to make any modifications to your order.

ElyCattleman.com is required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell. Such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. Items paid for with gift cards or e-gift cards will be charged applicable sales tax.

We observe every major U.S. holiday. Operations will resume on the next business day following the holiday. Holiday closures are: New Years Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve.
